Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide quality material handling products and support services, as defined by the customer.  We seek to bring our customers and our motivated work force together in a partnership of excellence to meet the needs of our customers.  We recognize that excellence to our customers is essential to our ultimate success in being the expert “specialists” in our field.

With this mission in mind, Industrial Trucks, Inc. was established in Connecticut in 1949 and has been serving the material handling needs of Connecticut, Massachusetts and New York for over 60 years.  ITI continues to ensure that we treat our customers as we would expect to be treated.  We also strive to continue our long tradition of treating our customers “second to none”. 

Our most important duty is to meticulously labor to create a mandate of “service excellence” to our customers.  This has been the company policy for over 60 years, and we will continue to strive for excellence long into the future.
